Refund and Return Policy
At Liniv, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including any tags, certificates, or accessories. Personalized, custom-made, or engraved jewelry items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@liniv.com with your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos of the product (if damaged). Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it. If the item meets the return conditions, we will process a refund or exchange as requested. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will be notified once your refund is processed. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, and we may contact you for the necessary account details.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, style, or color, please let us know in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
The exchange product will be delivered within 4 working days after we received the product.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom-made or engraved jewelry
- Items on sale or purchased with a discount code (unless damaged)
- Gift cards
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. The replacement product will be delivered within 4 working days after we received the product.
