All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small handling charge, which will be displayed at checkout.

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We are working on expanding our services and will update our policy once international shipping becomes available.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept it or make sure to take clear photos of the damage before opening. Contact us immediately at support@liniv.com with images and order details so we can assist you with a resolution.
