1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Within India: 3 to 7 business days
- Remote or Out-of-Service Areas: 5 to 10 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small handling charge, which will be displayed at checkout.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally. We are working on expanding our services and will update our policy once international shipping becomes available.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track the status and estimated delivery of your package.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, courier issues, or high order volume. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers but will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept it or make sure to take clear photos of the damage before opening. Contact us immediately at support@liniv.com with images and order details so we can assist you with a resolution.
